1. When organizing a trip, you may consider collecting money from the members of your party in advance. Deposits will not be refunded and dates cannot be rescheduled due to last-minute dropouts. - See Cancellation Policy at the bottom of Rates page.
2. If the members of your party want to pay individually the morning of the trip, appoint one individual to collect the money and pay the Captain. - It saves time.
3. In the interest of safety, please let the Captain know about any medical conditions, physical limitations, or special needs that may be required beforehand, so that accomodations can be made.
4. If you are concerned about motion-sickness at all, it is recommended that you use something to combat it. Talk to your physician and please follow the directions on the package.
5. Life-jackets and your children: The Alma Lee carries the required sizes and quantity of jackets on-board for both children and adults, however, they will only to be distributed and worn during an emergency. If you are more comfortable having your child wear a life-jacket throughout the day, one must be provided by you.
6. If you are planning on keeping fish, please bring an empty cooler and ice.
7. Other items include food, drinks, sunscreen, sunglasses, drinking water, rags or paper-towels, hand sanitizer, camera, and proper clothing and outerwear for the season.
8. Adult beverages are welcome - please bring cans and not bottles.
